When your booked EMT gets on-site, they check in through Standby — either by scanning the QR code for that shift or entering a short check-in code. That timestamps their arrival, so you and your AHJ record have a verified log of who was on duty and when. Check-in is also what releases payment: the medic is confirmed on-site before any money moves.
